Program Information

Sports For Kids offers Edmonton out-of-school care programs for children between the ages of 5 to 12 years old. Our program offers children opportunities to experience various sports and recreational activities in a fun and non-competitive environment. We value respect, proper manners, participation and sportsmanship, and encourage these principles at all times.

Our program runs inside Katherine Therrien School and is filled with games, blocks, Lego, books and more. We provide dedicated areas for quiet reading, block play and imaginative learning. We have full access to a lovely 4400 sq foot gymnasium every day after school. This allows us to schedule great active programs that ensure each of our participants gets their daily dose of active play. The green space surrounding Katherine Therrien School features a park and multiple baseball diamonds and fields that Sports for Kids uses to play a variety of outdoor activities.

Preschool care: $1000
Kindercare: $850
Grades 1 - 6: $700

A $650 non-refundable deposit is due when childcare spot becomes available.  Deposit is used as final month's fees when one calendar month's notice of leaving the program is given.*Fees increase in summer (July/ August) for Kindercare and Grades 1 - 6. More information about summer can be found HERE
